How quickly can I pass with an intensive course?

Most learners complete their driving on a course of 1-2 weeks. The limiting factor is usually practical test availability, which varies by test centre — we start searching for slots as soon as you book, and we'll be honest about realistic dates in your area.

Do I need to have passed my theory test first?

No, but you must hold a valid provisional licence, and you need to pass your theory test before you can sit the practical. If you haven't passed it yet we include a theory and hazard perception coaching pack and build extra study time into your plan.

How many hours will I actually need?

Complete beginners typically need 30-40 hours, learners with some experience 16-28 hours, and those nearly test ready 8-14 hours. Our online quote maps your experience and confidence rating to a recommended hour count.

Is the price I see online the final price?

Yes. Your course price is fixed at the point of booking and covers tuition, the car for your test, mock tests and booking support. The only separate cost is the DVSA practical test fee, paid directly to the DVSA.

Can I use your car for the test?

Absolutely, it's included in every course. Sitting your test in the same dual-control car you trained in is one of the biggest advantages of an intensive course.

What is Pass Plus and is it worth it?

Pass Plus is a six-module post-test course covering motorways, night driving, rural roads, dual carriageways, town driving and all weather conditions. It costs £195 with us and many insurers offer a premium discount for holders, so it often pays for itself in year one.

What if I'm a very nervous driver?

You're in the right place — nervous learners are our speciality. Tell us honestly on the confidence scale in your quote and we'll allocate more hours, shorter daily blocks and quieter routes at the start.

Do you offer automatic-only courses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose the automatic licence option in your quote and we'll match you with an automatic instructor. Automatic courses usually need around four fewer hours than the manual equivalent.

What happens if I don't pass first time?

We'll review the examiner's marking sheet with you, build a short top-up plan around the specific faults, and support you in rebooking. Around 96% of our learners pass first time, but if you're in the other 4% we don't disappear.

How do payments and deposits work?

A £99 deposit reserves your dates, with the balance due before your course starts. We accept card and bank transfer, and deposits are transferable if you need to move dates with at least seven days' notice.

Do you pick me up from home?
